With a heavy Mediterranean/Greek look and matte white exterior walls, this house surely pops in the ultra dense lot where it’s located. The project features a retail unit, 2 maisonettes (maisonettes are special type of apartments built on two levels/floors with internal staircase connecting the 2 floors) and a live/work unit that revolves around a central courtyard. I really like the window placement on the first floor courtyard and the use of elliptic forms.
